I was blown away by the wonderful service I received. Totally awesome. Helpful, saved me a ton of money and their experience was exactly what I needed to get my package safely and carefully packed and on time delivered. Honestly, if you want the best professional service for handling precious cargo, you need to go to this store. I am so grateful for their handling and careful packaging of my heirlooms. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys!! more

Horrible Customer Service. 10/19/2011

There is a woman there that is very rude! Probably the same one that others are talking about. I make things and sell them and was using this store to ship. I will not be using them anymore. When I pre-printed the label, I was told I shouldn't be dropping packages off, that UPS should be picking them up from me. ""UPS"" store is the name so it shouldn't matter if I drop off or not! It was a UPS label so I dropped it off at a UPS store. Not the first time she was rude to me either! Now one of my packages never showed up at UPS and ""we are an independent contractor, take it up with UPS"" is what I got. You could at least look around and see if you guys mis-placed it! more

Terrible Customer Service 6/4/2011

Visiting the Oak Harbor UPS Store was the worst way to start my day. The lady behind the counter was not simply rude, she carried an air of everything nasty... disgust, anger, resentment, spite, and loathing. Thank you awful lady for sharing yourself with me, now I feel the same way about this store - who knew mailing a package could be so detrimental to my wellbeing and emotions. If you have money this terrible person will be happy to take it from you, but if you've gone online and paid for your shipment fees already then best to keep driving to another UPS store off the island. more

best experience and wonderful staff 3/18/2010

I had an entire estate to package and ship. The staff was wonderful, made the whole process easy. Gave me a quote that was hundereds less than anyone else in town. When all the items arrived, nothing was broke or missing or scratched. I had fun with the staff, a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. Pros: best prices and professional staff more
