Shawn the "manager" put the wrong label on my package and it went to Oregon instead of Colorado. The person that got my package stole most of the stuff out of the box, then sent it back to the ups store. Shawn then told me he would put in a claim to reinburse me. After 3 months of going back and forth he refused to pay me. When I called in a complaint to the corporate UPS office they contacted the owner Mike Durham. He then told Shawn to handle it. Sean called me at my home and harrassed me to the point I had to call the police on him. He cursed me out and threatened me. Still the owner does nothing about his managers behavior. I wonder what Mr. Mike Durham is like since he doesn't give a c^&* about his customers. Oh, one more thing. I have the receipt with Shawn's name on it as the clerk that served me, and he still denies he made a mistake. DO NOT go here. I've heard him cusiing out other customers.
