sent a suitcase to my vacation destination, paid $50 to get it there the next day. package didn't arrive the next day and when I called, they said when it arrived I should call for a full refund. it arrived 4 days later, and when I called for a refund they said there was nothing they could do, they were just a storefront for UPS. when I called the UPS 800 number they said there was nothing they could do, I would have to deal with the storefront. needless to say, I will never, ever use UPS again for A) unacceptably late delivery and B) a broken promise of reimbursement for the inconvenience and C) having a dislocated internal system where each department blames the other department for the mistake, passing off the real punishment to the customer. it only gets one star because it won't let me publish with no stars.
Pros: convenient
Cons: can't trust delivery dates, no compensation if late
