I was told by Ups customer service 800 number that ALL UPS locations were to be open 12/24 until 5pm. NOT TRUE!! Spent all day on phone coordinating a package that was sitting at the Statesville facility to allow me to pick up my gifts for my children for Christmas. The shipper made a mistake, hence my packages were stuck at this UPS center. I was told multiple times they were to be opened until 5 pm. Drove 30 miles on christmas Eve to find the parking lot empty and doors locked.......
Truly sucks, bah humbug.
