I used to love the way the girl at Up 4 a Change did my hair. The stylists were very friendly and personable and always cut my hair exactly as I asked them to do it. I never had a bad cut from this shop. Unfortunately the shop recently closed down. I wish I knew if she went to another shop-- I'd go to her again. more
