We have a small auto repair business. Tires are at least 60% of our business. Recently we had tried to set up an account with University Wholesalers. They denied setting an account up with us because there is already an auto repair business in our local area that has an account with them. We have customers that are loyal to our business and our clientele is different of that of the other repair shop. There are many clients that would like to purchase the Nokian Tires but we have a distributor that prices the tires high. Competition is what today's businesses are all about. We are all looking for the best prices and to satisfy our customers. Our customers choose to buy a different brand of tires because of their loyalty to our business and we can't offer them the best tire price. With today's economy, we should be supporting all businesses. Good decisions brings income. University Wholesalers should supply all businesses that are in good standing and in making these poor choices could create loss of income for both. University Wholesalers has a reputation now for not supporting the local small businesses and therefore has bad business practices. I will make sure this word gets out.
