My husband and I remember Uno's from when we were first married. So when they opened in the Grand Rapids area, we decided to take our children there. Now it was opening night, and we walked in and were told that there was no wait. However, we have 5 people in our family and due to allergies we needed to be seated in No Smoking. We had to wait. Which is understandable. Well we waited 5 maybe 10 minutes and the manager came over and said that since we were the first people that had to wait we needed to be compensated. They bought us dessert. They certainly didn't need to do that. We had the some of the areas best pizza. And an indescribable dessert. It was soooo rich and YUMMY! We will certainly go back.
