1 JULY 2009
I had to remove a 8 x 20 slab of concrete and pour new. Also a new sidewalk. Also repair to the driveway. Total around 9 cubic yards of cement. I thought it would take them a week to do, but they were done in two days.
There was always someone on the job site who knew exactly what the plan was and could direct the crew for maximum efficiency. That was very nice as I have had other types of contractors where the guys doing the work were just labor and the supervisor would stop by now and then to give them more directions.
Also unlike other contractors I had to deal with, they did not require half payment up front and the remainder as soon as they were finished. They simply said to send them a check after I looked over the work the next day.
UPDATE: 25 July 2009. I got a crackline within a month of the pour right in the middle of a slab. I called them and the next working day someone was out here to take a look at it. Within a week they were back, removed the slab with the crackline and re-poured that slab. Can not ask for much more in the way of warranty and repair.
Pros: Done in two days. Good Warranty Coverage
Cons: none
