I am new to online business. I needed a shopping cart but I donâ??t have a lot of products, and I didnâ??t have a big budget or an angel investor. Unleaded recommended Big Commerce as a solution for me and Iâ??m happy to report that the template design I opted for looks as custom as any of the websites on Unleadedâ??s Portfolio, some that I imagine cost $100,000 or more. What I liked about working with Unleaded was that they prioritized me and my rather small (by comparison) project as if I was one of the $100,000 clients. I was assigned a Project Manager just like Unleadedâ??s biggest clients and she kept me on task and on deadline. My Big Commerce site is launched and Iâ??ve made more sales than Iâ??d expected and want to grow that even more. Unleadedâ??s training also helped me, giving me the confidence to change products on my site and prices too. I don't speak Web. I barely speak computer. Yet, as a communicator, I found myself in charge of the Web site for one of the city's most respected organizations. These guys did a site for us 2 years ago and we are just now coming back from all the mistakes they made. We are in litigation to resolve the loss of income and sales they created for us. We went from page on google results to not being found on google the day following the live launch. Ouch! And then they tried to get me to pay them for SEO work to bring us back to where we were before their live launch. Run from them! Do not pass go and you will save way more than $200! more

If there were negative star ratings Unleaded Group would get a negative one million. The only thing they did consistently when attempting to build our company website was over promise and under deliver. We eventually walked away from the project and worked with another web company. They constantly made excuses of why things were not done right (and they never were done right until we, the customers, pointed out the errors) and they did not get a single thing done on time. I would never in a million years recommend Unleaded Group. It was like flushing money down the toliet! more
