At University of Colorado Boulder- John Rinn our research helps to bridge the computational and experimental sciences to discover new regulatory aspects in our “noncoding genome” such as RNA genes. We are currently conducting research on IncRNA Cartography, IncRNA Mouse Models, RNA Nuclear Organization, and who transcribes IncRNAs.
