I have always been pleased with the customer service and quality of the employees at University Tire & Auto. By far, best experience of any auto shop I've ever dealt with!!! Always a friendly atmosphere.I get my oil changed and inspections done regularly. Each time they do a complete check of my vehicle and what I like most is the fact they do not try to sell services that you do not need. That has been a problem with other local shops in my area.Customer service is always 100. I really trust these guys for my complete Tire & Auto services. more

Just for an Oil Change, I got a complete look over of all my car vitals. 11/15/2011

Even though I just wanted an oil change, I also received a complete look over for my vehicle and the estimated costs for those suggested improvements. I felt like they knew my car and what was necessary to keep it in proper condition. University tire does not skip on anything. Thank you. more

I was very pleased with the service and the work. 11/10/2011

I was greeted when I came into the store. My vehicle was talken back within 15 minutes. I was told it needed a front end alignment before it was done. They finished the alignment in about 15 minutes, took it on a test run and I was ready to leave. All personnel were very friendly and professional. Thank you for great service. more

Fast service. Friendly people 11/4/2011

Because I am single,I am always concerned about getting ripped off when I buy tires. I previously had Michelin tires on my 2010 Camry, but could not afford to purchase that brand. Discussed the value of the Continental tires I was purchasing with your Mark, and he assured me that I would be satisfied with the tires. My main concern is comfort, wear and safety as I live in Waynesboro and drive to Charlottesville every day. more

Transmission fluid change 11/3/2011

I love going to the tire center. People are so friendly and i don't mind waiting for my car for repair. There's fresh great coffee and a great flat screen tv to watch and lots of magizines and a local paper to read. The time of my service was told to me it would be done in a hour but it was ready in 45min. I did get this fluid changed because last time they did a courtesy check on my fluid and it did not look good. I would recommend this tire and auto center to everyone. Also they have great coupons. more

I have been having my oil changed at University Tire, Pantops location in Charlottesville, Va. I love the service the customer service been great. The gentleman that worked with me yesterday is first name is Wayne, has a great personality and his customer service skills you just don't find that anymore. Keep him as long as you can. more

I have traded at the Seminole Sq. location for years with my tire,oil change and inspection needs. Very capable staff, fair pricing and above average service. My visit today involved the service manager pointing out some recommended service in addition to the oil change and inspection. He explained it well,offered a rental car and suggested coupon savings. Very satisfied and I'll continue to call this my preferred business for car service. more
