I couldn’t walk to the bathroom when I got here. They helped me a lot. Now, I am able to walk to the bathroom. I had to learn to walk up and down steps. It was very scary. But I was able to do three stops. They were so good to me. My speech therapy helped clear my brain fog. I couldn’t have asked for better care. The food was great. My daughter was able to eat with me too. I love them all so much. Everyone was great. I am so lucky. I found this place. more

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The nursing and therapy teams were great! The therapy team did such a great job getting me walking again. They helped me do things that I haven’t been able to do in a really long time. I hope that progress will continue after I leave. The food was great! I really loved the eclairs! more

This place is an A+! Everyone is doing their job thoroughly. They are helpful, kind patient. This has been a good recuperating experience. That way everyone is, it really helps with recuperating. Everyone is so kind here. OT and PT are top notch, kind and considerate, but they do move you and push in the right way to get you going. Everyone always accommodate my needs. Everyone is a lot of fun. Molly, the speech therapist we were talking, and I know we definitely could become friends. My flight got a little sore and the nurse put a topical pointman on it and it felt better. They are attentive. Pheon is a hoot. I like her because we have a few laughs. All of it makes for a positive experience. It rubs off on you. When I got here, I was depressed, but they pick you up! I am so more

I just can’t say enough how pleasant and nice everyone is. I have been well taken care of. No one races their voice, everyone has been attentive and has a great attitude. And really this place looks brand new! I feel so much more confident in what I can do now. Before I came, I didn’t know how I was going to do anything, like a shower in this condition and dressing. The techniques they have showed me gives me confidence. It is all been very beneficial. Alex, my case manager already has my home healthcare arranged before I have to leave. It makes me feel good. They just take care of everything for you. more

The man that delivers the food is so very kind and helping me. He’s like my personal helper, he cuts up my food because he sees my situation. All your nurses are good, and they are strong. They helped me to move. All your employees do more than show respect, they give caring and love! more

He has an aid that when she works with him, she really just cares for him. She is attentive and compassionate. I just can’t say enough about her work with him. His nurses have been just wonderful. They pay attention to him, and they take care of his needs. There are so many to think, I wish I could name them all. The therapist have been great. The food is outstanding, and the tech that delivers his meal trays, pays careful attention, helps cut up his food and make sure everything is in order before he leaves. He is so helpful. They have been so tender with him. You can tell they are not just doing their jobs. They really care. more

The food is so good. It reminds me of my grandma‘s cooking. The therapist are all great. They were patient and supportive with me. I’m getting ready to go home and I was taking full steps with my walker. The people in dialysis were great, because I had my doubts, but it did not hurt and was not painful. The building is so beautiful like a four star hotel. I tried to make everyone’s day, it’s what I was meant to do on this earth. The nurses are good, their response time was on the money. The doctor already called in my prescription, so I didn’t have to worry about them. Everything just kept moving smoothly. more

When I first got here, I was teetering and could barely walk. I’m getting ready to go home and I am able to walk and get around on my own. They were super careful to make sure I’m safe. The care and therapy is really structured, you wake up for breakfast, meds, go to therapy and get your meals. The rooms are very nice and clean and easy to access the bathroom. The nurses tell me about my meds and antibiotics, some of them I can’t even pronounce, but they teach me about them and keep me informed. They tell me what they are, and why I have to take them. I can’t wait to get home. The case manager helped us get home care set up to help me with my antibiotics. I can’t say enough about the exceptional care. I got here. more

Therapy was very personalized and they pushed me hard. I couldn’t believe all the therapy I was getting. It was so much. It was terrific. Nursing was so friendly and there were always there for me. No matter what I needed. I couldn’t get out of bed much in the beginning. They helped me with everything. And the food was really good. Everyone here has a really caring attitude. more

I really liked the food here. The nursing staff was always polite to me, and some staff went above and beyond with conversation that I enjoyed. Therapy staff explained what they were doing and why which made me feel included in my care. It also made me feel like staff or genuinely concerned about my well-being and getting better. more

The therapist have helped me so much! They pushed me in ways that I didn’t think I could do! I would recommend this rehab hospital to anyone because of the great strides. I’ve made here in just a few weeks! more

This is the best place. It’s clean and well taken care of. I am so happy I came here. I highly recommend this place. We both do. They told me this was a great place and it is. When I had visitors in my room, the staff are being helpful, they would give me tears, and they seemed like they were part of my family. There are good nurses and therapist here. My therapist, Patricia, and Allison. They helped me get through this. They taught me things I can do at home too. They were all great. The nurses helped and stayed right next to me because of my situation for passing out. They did not leave me alone and did not make me feel embarrassed about my care. The nurses were excellent. My nurses, Kevin, Bernard, and Angie, were just on top of things. Titanna my aide was the most attentive, she was magnificent. She knew what I needed before I asked for it what I needed before I asked for it. Patricia, the secretary, you have to know this, she is a diamond! There were others, too. They were all excellent. All of them helped get me through this. more

This place is very clean. The food is excellent. I had fresh fruit plus if I want something else there is another menu to choose from. The therapists, Josh, Diane, and Patty were really thorough. The nurses and aides were great. Manny was the superstar. He checked on things like my water, was the room warm enough, did I have enough blankets, and I didn’t have to ask. He was the best. Everyone was so welcoming. more

One day Ihad a really bad day and night. My mom told me things would be better just think about an angel on your shoulder watching over you. I was thinking tomorrow would be better. Then the next morning a new nurse came in and guess what, her name was “Angel.” She was gentle and took good care of me, she was so accommodating to my pain and comfort. I’m a morning person and I start out happy and singing and humming and turn on my music when I’m at home. And when Pheon came in to see me there was no sadness, she was not going through the motions. When she came in, she was upbeat and it made my morning better. I could hear her humming before she came into my room. Thentheres Norma too. She helped me. She was gentle, careful, and patient. I hated to keep calling her. She always said that is why she is here and just tell me what you need. She was some one who was really good too. Some had more to give than others. These were the paticular ones that were great. They did not rush me. I’m appreciative of them, and express my thankfulness, they cared enough to take care of me even though it was their job. They were above and beyond. Katie and Kathe my therapists, I could not ask for better people. They helped me.It was the way that they asked me to do more that gave me the incentive to do more. Their future is great. If I knew anyone that had the need I would send them to this facility. I’m grateful for the people and the doctors. My first night there, I was scared and didn’t want to be alone, my husband and in have not been apart. I didn’t know who was going to take care of me. When you’re scared and hurt, and it’s something I’ve never experienced- I was scared. They talked to me and reassured me. I consider myself a safe person, and I couldn’t believe this happened to me. I thought I could do it. I was in an accident. It made me mad at myself. I’m going to move forward and take my independence back. more

Wow the food was great. I ate lots of salads and they were excellent.My wife was able to order food in the cafe and eat with me. I don’t remember much when I first got here but I know I could hardly move and could not walk. Today I got the green light to be able to walk on my own in my room. The therapists are excellent. They helped me to walk. I still have to be careful with stepping up on curbs. I am still working on that so I don’t lose my balance. The nurses and aides checked in on me regularly and took good care of me. Everyone was great. I am going home. more

This isn’t my first experience here. I was here before when I had a stroke. The experience was great. They are very thorough that work here. They want to make sure you heal and get better. I couldn’t eat a lot when I first came in, but the food was fantastic once I gained an appetite. I knew this is where I wanted to come when I needed rehab again. This is the place to be for Rehab! I’m very thankful I got to come here. Both doctors were fantastic, they took the time to really educate me on my diagnosis. The head RN was fantastic! more

It was important for the team to know where I wanted to be when I got back home. These goals were important to the team. The team built on each other. The team provides nuggets and build on each other. It’s not always immediate. It may take time for the light to come on. I know it did for me. The team is fantastic. They work so well together. They are so very important to have each other. I could not have been successful without everyone. I want to thank them all. As much as I want to thank them individually, I also do not want to forget anyone. Each person added something to help me achieve my goal to take care of myself. It truly takes this terrific team to make this happen. more
