We found this place through research online. The showroom isn't too bad, and there is a variety of items available to look at. The sales force was engaged, but only after you got one to talk to you (it was busy on Saturday). The refrigerator we bought was the floor model, but it was more or less brand new (no observable scratches on the face of the door, pristine interior). Of course, the price "was right". The sales person promised it would be cleaned and wrapped well for delivery. However, on delivery day, we received this item in a damaged state, with minor scratches and a fairly apparent dent in the door. The fridge had not been wrapped to any degree either, and the bottom freezer door kept sliding in and out as they unloaded it from the truck. Needless to say we rejected the delivery. On a follow up trip back to the store (and another wait), our sales person attributed the problem to bad delivery people, but these are members of their own business and not a 3rd party! In the store, we actually saw them complaining to each other! It was terrible, and showed exactly the type of service that they really provide! At this point a week later, we're still working on getting the refund on our credit card - they appear to be trying to delay repayment for some reason and we were given a receipt which had not transacted (ie. no approval code, etc)! Terrible experience and absolute terrible customer service behavior, but you get what you pay for. We ended up getting our fridge from Airport Appliance in Hayward, and have not had any problems at all!
