My daughter bought a home from them and right after they delivered it there was problems a broken window,doors not shutting, water leak etc, etc. My daughter had me call my salesman and he pass me to the service dept. His name was Mike, I told him the problems and told me it would be the next day before anyone could be there. I told him that my duaghter had to stay there that day. He told me he had a map to her location and he fixed anything that was wrong, even the broken window. Super nice guy. The best service I have ever seen. Pros: Outstanding more

bought a 32x68 from chuck arnold there. he said my utilities would be paid for by them, 4000 for septic, 2800 for electric. said he would cut me a check and let me pay for all of it and i could keep what was left over. ha ha funny... after i signed the contract chuck never called me again and wouldnt send money for utilities. all they care about is making the sale.. they also told me my interest rate would be 11 percent, when i got there to sign contract my interest rate was 11.5, they had to redo contract to include insurance and when the papers got back my interest rate was 11.78. obviously they was changing it hoping i wouldnt catch it... these are bad business people and should be shut down. the people they use to deliver the home was very rude and had an attitude. the home had three places on the siding that were damaged. it took over a month just to get the home delevered. their actions have already cost them a sale from a buddy of mine, hope it cost them several more.. more
