Ulysses was incredibly helpful prior to my driving to Nashville from Paducah, KY to purchase the 2011 Kia Sportage. I was completely happy with everything except for the fact that I only received one key for my vehicle. I was told that they would locate the second key and notify me when they did. Six weeks later, still no second key. It's the small details that will keep me from coming back. more

Initially I was uncertain about where I would purchase a car from but after my initial meeting with Mr. Matlock and his follow up phone call to check on the status of my car search, I felt that the dealership and Mr Matlock were genuinely interested in what I needed in a vehicle and would help me whether I chose Rivergate Kia or not.
