We had Universal Interiors lay carpet at our house. Initially the carpet looked great, but over the next few months we realized that they had done a rushed job and we had bubbles everywhere.
After months of trying to get them to come out to re-stretch our carpet, they finally agreed. They initially told us that it'd be covered under warranty, but after the stretching was finished charged us several hundred dollars.
Typical bad company - once they have their money, they leave you out to dry. Would not recommend, go with the big guys.
