Universal Hyundai Parts Dept

The service department is terrible. Visited them with my 2013 Sonata for an upholstery repair, and was promised a call within 2 to 3 days to arrange the repair, after 3 weeks and 4 further phone calls I keep getting passed on from person to person with the same promise that someone will call me back. Totally unacceptable for this dealership to represent Hyundai, you are only as strong as your weakest link and in my mind this link needs to be removed! more

I’ve been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Hyundai store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Sonata Universal Hyundai although it is pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My wife and I were greeted by a very clean gentleman who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My wife enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my wife’s lease expires. more
