Just a quick note to say how much I appreciate Kathy's help. She's friendly and knowledgeable about your products. We bought a living room set a year ago from her and it was a positive experience - then last night we added an ottoman to that set and were able to have Kathy again. Reminded me about how much she helped and didn't pressure us last time. Not too many people are willing to take the time to compliment, only to complain, so I wanted to say she's a great sales rep! My visit to Universal Ford was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. The salesman were outstanding as well as the owner himself. My aunt and I were treated with the utmost respect. We were treated royally. I have been a customer at Universal Ford for years. I purchased 3 cars with this dealership. Service has always been given with a smile- very conscientious workers. more
