Omg!!! This company is perfect! I have tried for three months, and I mean everything, to get rid of the roaches in my house. I've tried every product - taken the entire kitchen apart to treat and clean, nothing worked. I have lived in this house over 20 years - and have NEVER had such a horrible infestation of roaches. But now no more thanks to Universal. more

Should you have any concerns or bug problems between visits, just give them a call and they'll come spray again... free of charge. Luckily, I've never had to use that option more

Shawn arrived promptly at 7am on Sunday morning and proceeded to exterminate the outside patio deck that was home for many years to carpenter bees. He was very thorough and informative about his procedure and promised a follow-up visit fo the final applications. more

I was panicking over a possible bed bug infestation. They met with me, identified the bug (a harmless grain beetle), and gave me some valuable advice about bed bugs. We were fortunate that we didn't have to do anything, but if we had had a problem I would have felt very confident using Universal Exterminating. They were nice, responsive, knowledgeable. more
