Lots of confusion about what we needed to have done 6/7/2012

Universal Electronics was responsive when they came out. There was lots of confusion about what we needed to have done. The person who did the installation was particularly knowledgeable about stereos, but not about the aesthetics. We didn't want wires sticking out and everything. We had to spend more money to get the builder involved. Universal Electronics is knowledgeable, but not a really good fit if you put in what is aesthetically acceptable. We were not aware of anything wrong at the time we finished so please call us. more

Amazing installers, quick and easy service. 6/4/2012

Universal Electronics were easy, nice, and quick. They ran into some problems, and they just fixed them as quick as they could. They were unforeseen things. Nobody's fault. The installers were just amazing, both in the work they did and the way they conducted themselves. more
