Bought my new Z here. The thing was parked in a open lot for what appeared to be a long time.It was1:30AM by the time I purchased it ,they had washed it but it was still filthy being a black car at night I'm sure it was hard to wash. The sales rep(who was actually quit friendly and knowledable)noticed some dried fluid marks on the dash and said I could bring it in for a detail. The following morning I noticed some pretty deep scratches on the hood.Brought it in the following morning like the sales guy asked.and while pulling in he called and said he would be 2 hours late and I should bring it in the following day.Great. Bring it in the following day,and they said the scratches would take a week to buff.Great.so bring it in the following tuesday. Brand new beautiful car and I have to leave it for a week to buff the hood.So I come in on friday to pick it up, keep in mind this is my forth trip there, they pull the car out, its filthy and theres swirl marks on the hood,no detail, bad buff job.So I take it back the the service department, they said yeah even tho my paper said the work was done that yes it was obviously not detailed, but the ""advisor"" says the hood was painted. So I have to come back and pick it up in the evening.Get there, the car finally looked cleaned on the outside, but the ""painted"" hood was obviously only buffed as if I looked close, you could still see the scratch marks, fine, but why LIE about it?so I get in the car and notice that the inside was never cleaned and the mysterious fluid drop marks on the dash are still there.TERRIBLE customer service and ""work"" Also they told me that ONLY Nissan can change the oil because of some seal and that it costs 50dollars to change at their service department. And that id I got their maintenance plan that it would save me money, when I went to the service department, I checked out their maintenance schedual and added it all up,500 dollars more for the plan than out of pocket, not to mention your interest over the 5years.
Pros: the sales reps were fine
Cons: the financing guy lied thru his teeth but was otherwise friendly. sort of
