Here is a tip for tryme509: stop whining sissy boy and stop playing the victim. You state that first its a rental like that's some big f'ing surprise that you just uncovered. Newsflash momma's boy, they advertise heavily that it is a rental. It is everywhere. It is certainly no secret. However, the fact that they offer a rental program is the only thing you have straight. You grossly distorted everything else I would guess because you think it makes a stronger case for yourself. It is like when a child lies. The way you explained your experience sounds like a child making something up as a parent asks them questions. People who don't get their way always try and ruin the few things that are good. I know the type of person that you are. You think that you are owed. You were entitled to a truck and when you f'ed the deal up you blame the company instead of yourself. They put you in a truck when no one else would. That is it. That is what they were supposed to do. The rest was up to you and you failed. That is on you. more

LIERS AND THIEVES\r \r I ve never had an experience such as this one. I was lured into this because of low credit score. First of all its a truck rental. The contract is for 1 year, at the end of the contract youre allowed to buy the truck for the blue book value minus your down payment which means that none of your weekly payments goes towards the purchase of the truck. There is a $495.00 initial fee just for starting the process which they tell you is for paper work, then you pick out your truck on their site and they tell you to come in, well guess what that truck is not on the lot so they try to get you to agree to buy somethin else in other words those pics are their just to get you to come in and talk to them. When you get there, they push you into giving them $950.00 to start the paper work, yes i said paper work like the $495.00 before getting there. Finally the down payment which supposely is refundable, well guess what, dont beleive, youre not going to get that back even if you take the truck back to them which was my big mistake. My payment was $530/wk, when i took the truck out and went to the east coast, i found out that the winshield wiper stayed up in the middle of the winshield, none of the key for the doors or compartments worked, i had a oil leak, the speedometor worked but the mileage did not register in other words the mileage that was on the truck was wrong cause i worked it for 7 months and according to the speedometor readings i only ran about 150 miles. They knew all about this cause i told them the following day but alll they had to say was that i had to purchase an insurance for x amount and i would only have to pay 50% of the cost to fix it. So when i decided to take the truck back to them cause i had no money to show for after working for 7 months, Art (truck capital) told me that if i brought back the truck and nothing was wrong with it i would get back my deposit, so i took it back all the way from NC to MS with lots of fuel left in it, when i got there it was thursday so they told me to call Art on Monday for the deposit, when i did she had the audacity to tell me that there is no deposit refunds for any reason. And now they also have a collection agency trying to collect $1900.00 from me. I need people to join forces with me and file a class-accion lawsuit agaisnt them and literally put them out of business cause everyone i have spoken to that dealed with them have been ripped off. This company is nothing but lies, bait and switch. The trucks they advertise they dont even have, a bunch of junk. They will not even let you talk to are see a contract and payment until they have your deposit, I asked for my deposit back 3 times and they wouldnt return it. Stay away, They are under investigation by the Attorney Generals Office in MS and I am suppling them with all the information I have to shut them down and put them in jail. Wife Left me she Ruined My Credit I had to file BK & I could not get a loan any where. \r I saw the United Truck Group's ad & called them Paid my app fee next day i was on United Truck Group s lot. Picked out a truck Gave then My DN. \r My Truck went into there shop I saw then spend over $6000 on the truck I only gave then $5000 dn Even New Tires. \r I stayed in a near by hotel for 4 days & I'll tell you I have NOT A PROBLEM with that United Truck Group. They Put Me in a very nice 2000 Pete 379EXHD 70"". I've been rolling now for 6 months. My Credit is getting Better. \r I have Cash In The Bank. I had a Little Problem w/ a rear end leaking so I called United Truck Group so I Got a load going through Gulfport and they fix it for $0.00 Zero Dollars. I Highly RECOMMEND UNITED TRUCK GROUP. I got a Well Maintained Truck... But I Keep It Up To... Pros: Hard Working People, People that Have Bad Credit Go Here Very Good Company Cons: You May Need to stay cuple days but for the cash they spend on the truck your getting its ok more
