I come to United Nails every 2 weeks for my fill-ins. I do sometimes get disappointed when they change management and bring in new workers. Just when you are getting used to one person, they leave and another one shows up. The new group of people they have are friendly and can speak English very well. Communication is never a problem. They also are concerned with the care of your nail rather than just getting your money and performing services. They also keep their instruments very clean.
