they are so sloppy they have employees that steal from them and customers do yourself a favor and run when you see them a company that should be working in hell i refuse to even give them 1 star more

expensive, unreliable and poor service. failed to show up as promised. i had to chase after them all the time. after leaving 5 messages with the brainless office girl, i canceled my service. save yourself the headache and find a different lawn company. more

United Landscapes has serviced are yard for five years now with lawn maintenance and pest control. They always show up on time and do a good job. I have only used them one time for landscaping. They gave me a low price and did a great job. more

We were referred to United Landscapes by our builder, who originally had this company install the landscaping and irrigation in our yard. We contracted with a pool company to have a pool installed in our yard. There were so many choices and decisions to be made with such a project. I called United Landscapes and met with them the next day at our home. What a pleasant experience to meet with a professional gentleman. He easily answered all of our questions, was very knowledgeable, and helped us reach the goal of completing this project. When the landscapers came out they were friendly, diligent and cleaned up the construction debris before leaving. United Landscapes surpassed ourexpectations with our backyard and we had them install a fence around our back yard as well. We are very happy with the quality of workmanship, quality of plants and palms, and the responsiveness to our concerns. My wife and I have recommended them to our neighbors, a few of them have used United for landscaping as well. We are very pleased and repeatedly recieve complements on our yard from others. I hired United Landscapes for a small job, which was done. But I made the mistake of hiring them for lawn maintenance and pest control. They would not show up as planned or not show up at all. Their secretary, Lisa, was the most incompetent, rude and unpleasant I have dealt with in a long time. I called their office to file a complaint, but their new secretary, Lisa, was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever spoken. She actually kept laughing on the phone as I was trying to explain my complaint. When I asked for a discount on my bill, she told me ""we don't work for free!"" As for the condition of my lawn. I had never used Pest Service before, but it had turned completely dead in spots. I called the office again to speak to them about this, but no one would return my call. Apparently, they have Caller ID, the new secretary would not answer my calls. The lawn care was something I could have done myself. I had to remind or ask them to do edging or trim bushes. I agreed to a monthly sum for weekly visits, but they would not show up. Their employees were shady looking and made me feel extremely uncomfortable having them at my home. Instead of addressing my complaints, they sent me a bill for the full amount. When I refused to pay the bill, then I received phone calls. I received phone calls from the President of the company no less. After explaining my issues, it was similar to talking with a used car salesman who was telling me anything to get my money. I did not feel like a he cared or truly listened to my legitimate concerns. Overall my experience was horrible with this company. They will not take care of your yard. You will have to make repeated phone calls to the rudest secretary that I have ever spoken with, but rest easy, the bill will be in the mail. I finally switched to a new landscape company that has done wonders on my yard. If you enjoy giving money away for nothing and being berated at the same time, then I would not hire this company EVER!
