United Credit Consultants virtually eliminated all my negative credit report in the first round. It's a friendly service and they certainly seem to know their business and lived up to their billing. I did research on and off their website and decided to give them a chance. It was money well spent. more

My credit score started in the low 500s and by the time United Credit Consultants were done it was pushing 700. They were able to remove eighteen items from my credit report, there was just one they couldn't remove. They did very good work within the allotted time. They gave me the tools to be able to build my credit and they're very good at what they do. more

United Credit Consultants signed up to go through their credit repair service and sending letters to all of the creditors I owe to. So far, I I've gotten some responses and progress to the point that I've been able to refinance my house. However, the first round of letters just resulted in them confirming that I did owe them but I know they have other tactics so it's not just a matter waiting to see what happens. A suggestion I'd give is that they be more amenable to talking to their customers once they've signed up. Before they get you signed up on the dotted line, they're on top of it but once you sign up, they're less willing to talk. more

The whole experience with United Credit Consultants was great. Ryan was great! He was very upfront and honest about what I could expect. He didn't over-promise, which I appreciated. I went in with the expectation that in three months I would qualify to buy a house, when literally a week before I didn't qualify to buy a car. Three months after I talked with Ryan, I qualified to buy a house, and I now own that house! more

United Credit Consultants is a very informative business. I have dealt with another group that did the same thing as United but I had to do a lot of the follow up myself. With United, they keep you constantly informed and you're never in the dark. The other guys, you're constantly wondering what the status of this or that is. United also has a great online dash board where you can voice your concerns and receive a quick answer. more

I had a really good experience with United Credit Consultants! I have four kids, and we were looking for a new home. I had a bit of surprise during that process when I found out there were some things on my credit report that I didn't know were there. I've been in finance for over twelve years, so I thought I had a pretty good understanding of these things. But I pulled my credit and found things I thought I had taken care of were still there. Because of those items on my credit report, we ended up not being qualified to get the house we wanted because I had 603 median score. United Credit is truly the best credit repair company I have ever worked with in all the years I have been doing mortgage banking (which is about 25 yrs.) and it is nice to see a company as organized as yours. Everyone at the company was great, receptionist was always friendly and updated our online results monthly as i the replies from the credit bureaus. But they made it sound like 90% of negatives on our report would be gone after the first month and after or contact was up only a few were gone. I think the credit companies have wised up to credit repair companies and now have ways to keep them from fixing credit so easily as maybe they could in the past. more

Be very cautious of this company. Once you are sold, they have ZERO interest in helping you. They get your money and move on. This is a scam. We were duped. They told us that they were BBB accredited and made many promises that were not kept. Our "advisor" spoke with us one time in a 6 month period, and that was after we requested a meeting to see how things were going...we were told at that meeting that he didn't have any updates yet, and he would contact us to set another meeting- That never happened. There is no advice, there is no service, there is no communication. more

Firs time using them went to them bc needed to impriove credit score bc of auto loan at high percentage rate and they knew if i. interested erate on car loan was high. credit back up, went to them for that. and they met with me, explained with me, everytime they sent out mailing i got phone call for whatever it is that they do. let them do their job. their portal was great- go online check how things were going,. not only were they at sending out letters. got page or call about things being updated. very communitive. exceptional communiocation . as result of work they did i was able to get inrereste cut in half on my auto loan, returned douvle. solid return on my investment more
