Formed in 1984, United Community Health Center is a federally qualified community health center. Located in Green Valley, Ariz., it provides comprehensive preventive and primary care services to people living in southern Arizona. The center's wide range of services are available in the categories of primary care, discount pharmacy program, prenatal care, blood draw service, dental services for children, pediatric care, gynecology services, integrated behavioral healthcare and more. These include treatment of injuries, chronic conditions and menopause, to name a few.
