United Airlines

The DFW International Airport is HUGE. There are different Terminals housing different airlines on each side of the main road. Each termianl is easy to find as the airport has provided some well placed and easy to read traffic signs. I would like to say the New International Terminal is just beautiful. It is state of the art and full of millions of dollars of art work. The airport added a fantastic new "people mover" system to help passengers get from the domestic terminals to the international gates in a faster more efficient manner. Since the people mover is a secured area, you no longer have to leave through security and re-enter through a security checkpoint when moving between the terminals as you did before. There is a hotel located within the airport facility, so if you get delayed or stranded you dont have to travel far for a good nights sleep! There are also hundreds of gift shops and resteraunts that will occupy your time if you have a long delay or connection. more

DFW International Airport is one the worlds busiest airports. The airport has a good layout which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. There are clear signs to follow when you are entering the airport. And there are lots of restaurants so you have plenty of choices when it comes to food. The downside is it is often difficult to find a parking space so you should leave yourself time for that. more

I have been to a lot of different airports and I have to say that the lay out of DFW is one of the better layouts. You will have no problem finding your way in or out of the airport as all roads are well marked and once inside the airport you are easily guided to the proper terminal. Its so easy to maneuver that you will have plenty of time for a snack in one of their many restaurants before your flight. more

The DFW airport is an international airport. It is nice that it is in the center of the metroplex, and there are so many carriers to choose to fly on. They have flights leaving at almost any time of the day. One drawback, is the noise level from the planes to homes in Lewisville or other surrounding areas. It is also nice that the airport has a north and south enterance. This makes it easy to get where you need to go, and they are building a new terminal, so soon we will have even more accessibility to other parts of the country/world. more
