I ALWAYS DO MY BASE COLOR OF DARK BROWN. ALL SHE DOES EVERYTIME WAS HIGHLIGHTS. THIS TIME, IT WENT VERY NICE AND TOLD HER NOT TO DO TONER AGAIN LIKE LAST YEAR. SHE INSISTED TO DO TONER (EXTRA COST) BECAUSE THE CARAMEL COLOR - BLOND DOES NOT LOOK GOOD ON MY SKIN CONFLECTION. SHE INSISTED TO DO TONER. THE WHOLE HAIR TURNED COLOR. I WAS FRUSTRATED. HER NEXT APPT WERE WAITING - FATHER & SON. SHE SAID TO GO HOME, AFTER COUPLE OF WASH IF I DO NOT LIKE IT SHE WILL CORRECT. I PAID FULL AMOUNT WITH UNDERSTANDING SHE IS TO DO COLOR I ALWAYS WANTED. A WEEK LATER, I RETURNED SHE WAS NOT THERE. A VERY NICE MANAGER THAT EVENING WAS ANITA. SHE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AND LILA WILL DO IT THE WAY I WANTED AND NOT TO GET UP. I WENT THE FOLLOWING WEEK WED MY SCHEDULED TIME, LILA WAS UPSET AND SAID I WILL DO IT ONE TIME AND DON'T EVER COME HERE AGAIN! I ASKED FOR MANAGER, GEE CLARK WHO CLAIMED SHE IS THE OWNER SAID, MY HAIR LOOKS BEAUTIFUL. LILA DID A GREAT JOB. I SAID THAT IS THE COLOR OF I WANTED. I SAID I WILL REPORT YOU TO DEPT OF CONSUMER FOR NOT RESPECTING WHAT LILA PROMISED TO COME BACK. AND ME A FOOL PAID $150 CASH AND $30 TIP. I WILL GO FURTHER FOR CUSTOMER RIGHTS AND REPORT FURTHER. ONCE A HAIR STYLIST SAID, COME BACK AND ANITA LEAD PERSON ALSO SAID WE WILL CORRECT THE WAY IT SHOULD BE. THEM THEY SHOULD HAVE WORD OF HONOR. MANAGER GEE CLARK OBNOXIOUS SHOULD BE FIRED! UNPROFESSIONAL! NO WONDER THERE'S NOT ENOUGH CLIENT.
