I used Unique Window Treatments for the first time, and they were just very professional and responsive. Alon and his installers were super nice. There was a small problem, but they fixed it right away. The blinds look great, and they kept their appointment. What more can you ask for! more

Exceptional service. I was referred to Alon by the owners of BoConcept NY. He came the next day with bags and bags of samples and guided me through the design of the space and the selection of materials. I told him I wanted the window treatments done ASAP and he did just that. The feel of my home is perfect now, and I could not be happier. Great service. The below review wasn?t posted by an actual client, but rather by a past employee who is trying to take revenge as he was let go of the company. The irony is that he behaved in the manner he?s describing and this is the reason he was let go. The fact of the matter is that Unique Window Treatments goes only by this name and can easily be found on NJ Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating due to zero complaints in 9 years. Below is an email we recently received from a client in Brooklyn, NY. The actual email can be furnished upon request: ?I was very pleased with the entire experience of working with Unique Window Treatments?from the ease of selecting the right shade, to the installation, culminating with the individualized follow-up. That in itself would have made me a satisfied customer, but there was more. Due to other construction in our home, I needed to move the date of installation to just before our move-in date. What we weren?t planning on was Hurricane Sandy. Given power outages, transportation challenges and a host of other complications that came in the aftermath of the storm, I never thought that installation would happen on the scheduled date, but I received a confirmation call that installation was on schedule. Horrible company... When the owner Alon came to my home after canceling our appointments 3 times he took his measurements and explained to me I would receive an email with the estimate within the week. However, after three weeks it never showed. Finally when it did turn up I was surprised at the price as I had another company give me a bid much less. I did in turn go with Unique Windows as many people in my building had used them. What a disaster... the roller shades arrived in the wrong color after 5 weeks after our discussed arrival date. I was then told I had to pay another 500.00 dollars on top of what was in my estimate for motors that I was led to believe were included. This company is a joke with multiple business names so its difficult to check them in the BBB. beware. Not only did I have trouble but my neighbor wound up have the exact problem.
