Very trustworthy! 12/1/2014

I used to bring my care to Unique Foreign Auto Care every 15,000 miles to get it worked on and Michael was really good, as far as, dealing with customers. He's very fair as well. I had a battery replaced and I paid for it but he called later on when he found it was still under warranty so he took it off my credit card. Every thing was great with them and I didn't have to worry about anything! Matthew Rotundi more

Room for improvement 10/22/2014

Unique Foreign Auto Care does really great work, however there are a few things they can improve on. I didn't like the time it took them to have my car ready. They didn't call or communicate with me to let me know when it would be done. The good thing about them is that they were honest. more

Helpful and friendly 10/21/2014

I used them to inspect a vehicle prior to a purchase, and it worked out well. They were helpful and friendly. It was my first time using Unique Foreign Auto Care. I don't live in their location, so I don't go there regularly, but if I did live there I would consider sticking with them. I haven't experienced the other options in Wilmington, so I'm not sure how they stack up against them, but they served my needs. more

Great value and customer experience. 10/15/2014

I have gone to Unique Foreign Auto Care a few times with a couple of different cars. Their shop is conveniently located. I usually do my own mechanical stuff on my vehicles, because I'm a little skeptical about bringing stuff to a shop when I can do it myself. My first experience with them was really good. I incorrectly installed a pad on my vehicle, and it ended up getting stuck. They fixed the pad and didn't charge me a lot. I've been going to their shop since. Their service is usually pretty quick, and they have a great price for value. A couple of times it took a bit longer to get my vehicle fixed. If I was on my lunch hour, they would drive me to work and pick me up when it was ready. I would recommend them. more

Okay decent service 10/7/2014

Unique Foreign Auto Care has done basic oil changes with reasonable prices. They have good reviews so that's why I went to them. If there's anything wrong with your car, they let you know. The only thing is that the wait time is long, about 30 to 40 minutes but there are other places where you'll wait an hour. Taz T. more

As good as it gets! 8/26/2014

My dealings with other mechanics have been very difficult, but Unique Foreign Auto Care happens to be one of two mechanics I have trusted in 30 years of living in Wilmington. I try to hang on to the ones I trust, which is why I've been seeing Mike for more than 20 years now - basically, as long as he's been in the area. His character rates highly in my book. He is very honest, and my whole family trusts our cars with him. As a mechanic, he specializes in foreign cars. Being a foreign car owner since the 1980s, I've grown to really respect his work! more

Consistently available, helpful, and cost-effective. 8/25/2014

I have been a customer of Unique Foreign Auto Care for about 25 years. I really like Mike the owner, but all of the people there are pretty good. I haven't had a bad experience with any of them. They are always able to get me in and serviced spur of the moment when I need immediate care on my car. They are flexible, keep the costs down, and also have a loaner vehicle available should I need it. more

Nice and easy to work with 8/18/2014

I have been going to Unique Foreign Auto Care for years now. Everybody there is very nice and easy to work with and it's a great experience dealing with them. No matter when I call, Mike finds a way to fit me into the schedule and the work is always finished when he promised it would be. Excellent service. more

I've been a loyal customer of Unique Foreign Auto Care for 20 years. I like Mike, he's very honest. First time I met him, he told me "Don't ever go to anyone that specializes in Mercedes. These are cars, they all function the same way." He's an interesting guy, and he used to race cars when he was younger. He's done routine maintenance on all the cars that I own. He's also done major repairs like replacing a head gasket and a complete brake job. He runs a good business and is all around a good guy. He knows his stuff, and he's the kind of mechanic that other mechanics go to. As a matter of fact, he just replaced a head gasket for a woman who's husband runs another service shop in town! more

Quality service, for my BMW I will go no other place. They are able to tell me a problem and a plan of action with my OK they make the repairs with not returns. I like that. more

Excellent service at Unique Foreign Auto Care 7/12/2010

I recently had some extensive repair and maintenance work performed on my car at Unique Foreign Auto Care and I wanted others to know how great my experience was. Not only was the work performed on time and at an affordable price but my 2002 Camry with over 200,000 miles now drives like a new car. The difference in my car's performance is that noticeable. In addition, Unique Foreign Auto lent me a car to use while my car was being worked on which was a big help to me. It happened that my car also needed an inspection sticker and Unique Foreign Auto Care took it to have an inspection done, thereby saving me a trip. more

have you ever felt silly coming out of a dealer ship, paying a ton of money for nothing and geting the felling that nothing was really done to your car. well. Pros: planty of parking, good lighting, very eazy in and out, honest, enterprice rental next door Cons: the do not take american express !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
