Im so dissatisfied with the service. Purchased a dress that had a spot that I originally didnt see. Upon purchasing the dress ( expensive), I was assured that any spots & loose beads will be fixed. Needless to say they weren't able to get the spot out I found. They tried to say maybe my daughter put the spot in the dress how when the dress was in their care except when I bought it home and discovered that they didnt fix the beading. I asked what can the do to make me a satisfied customer or compensate me. They stated by working hard tryin to get the spot out. I asked for earrings or a bag. I believe in customer satisfaction. I will NEVER purchase or recommend anyone Unique Boutique EVER more

Unique Boutique and Bridal is the absolute best!!! When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and assisted immediately. Although the store was quite busy with other brides and students looking for prom dresses, Ms. Donna went above and beyond to assist me in selecting and trying on dresses and accessories during my appointment. All aspects of the customer service experience exceeded my expectations. She recommended accessories and veils for each dress. They have beautiful gowns from top designers, and they even have plus size sample gowns to provide options for all brides. I live in Nashville, and did not think twice about the drive to Memphis to work with this team of ladies. I called numerous times, and each time, I was assisted with a pleasant, friendly tone that was ready and willing to help. This local Bartlett Bridal/Prom shop is AWESOME!!! like the rating says ""Run, Don't walk"" well i say that you drive fast but IN THE SPEED LIMIT! The friendly staff was so personable with me and listened to what i wanted in a prom dress. They had a alteration lady there and ready, a steamer and SOOO many dresses to choose from. My dress was absoutely GORGEOUS! The way they write your name school and all your info to where noone is alowed to get that dress in your school because i know that feeling and i hate it. The employes suprised me on how much they knew about my style and I found the perfect dress in a timely manner. I will defiantly go back WHENEVER i need a dress of any sort!!!! more

OMG where do I start?... When i first walked in i was immediately greeted and seen. I was amazed by how many options of prom dresses they have and the size range for people who aren't really thin. The owner Donna pulled a few prom dresses for me and once again I was amazed by how well she knew my style. Let's just say it only took 2 dresses for me to fall in love with my prom dress. Mrs. Donna was so nice in assisting me with putting on my dress and pinning it up for me for alterations (they actually have an alteration lady in the store). Mrs. Donna also helped me find the perfect shoes, and jewelry. I fell in love with my dress, the customer service & hospitality, and their professionalism. You can't beat a place like this.
