My fiance and I headed her on Friday for our annual Valentine's dinner. First of all, building is just an amazing piece of architecture, almost all of the building is original construction, it was just breathtaking. Our server was just fantastic- had an extensive knowledge of the wine pairings and very well versed in each cut of meat, from the origins to the preparation process, he also gave us a brief history of the structure. He gave us enough time to enjoy the meal, but was attentive enough to provide us anything that we needed, without having to wait for it.\r
The foie gras was delicious,the oyster flight was very fresh. the filet mignon while tender, it was a little underseasoned and not as flavorful as it could have been. My fiance had the rack of lamb and agreed with my assessment of the food, he stated that he preferred my lamb. All in all, a nice night at a very interesting restaurant.
