Really pleased with the service received from Union st key & security systems. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and friendly. He came the same morning that I phoned and completed the work all in one day. Prices were very reasonable and I now have full piece of mind with the security of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. more

Another satisfied customer! 2/19/2011

I am satisfied with the work they did for me. I needed my house locks re-keyed after I had a fight with my girlfriend. They were nice and honest and the guy they sent did an excellent job re-keying my locks for me. I will tell everyone I know to call Union st key & security systems if they need a locksmith. more

peace of mind! 2/10/2011

Union st key & security systems showed up at our house ready to replace our dead bolt lock. They provided friendly and fast service and had the lock replaced in no time. They even replaced the shorter screws with longer ones in the door strike plate in order to reinforce it. (Something that I hadn't even thought of!) They provided great service and peace of mind! more

Reasonable Rate 1/9/2011

Bill is a treasure. I called him around 11 a.m. to ask if he could rekey my apartment locks after my roommate went psycho. He came over within two hours and rekeyed all three locks within 15 minutes. His rate was very reasonable considering the great locksmith service ($125, including three extra keys) and he was extremely courteous and professional. Next time I have a psycho roommate (God, please, noooooo) I will definitely call Bill again.. more

Great locksmiths 12/2/2010

This is an amazing company! I called around a few places before finding Union St Key Security & Systems West Village Deadbolts and nobody even compares in customer service! They were incredibly helpful! They knew exactly what he was talking about. I know nothing about locks and had a really simple problem. they could have easily scammed me into a whole new lock but instead they was honest and helped me save money in the end. Thanks guys more
