I love the Union Hotel. Their food is extremely tasty and they bring you lots of it - bread, salad and minestrone come with every meal. They have a beautiful dining room with a lot of old portraits and just great atmosphere. They also have a patio with a beautiful fountain and lots of flowers and sunlight. The dining room is very rustic and dark but not too dark. There is also a saloon in the front of the building and a pizza restauraunt but you would never know it since it is so quiet in there. Never, ever crowded. They serve mostly pastas (highly recommended) and small, artsy pizzas but have some non-pasta entrees that are very very good as well. The prices are a little steep but it is well worth it - expect to pay a bit over $60 for a party of three.
