I bought a used van from Union Gospel Mission Motors and right after I bought it there was a problem with the ignition. Even though I signed a number of papers stating that I knew that there was no warranty they sent a guy out and paid to have it fixed. I would recommend Union Gospel Mission Motors to anyone. more

A Safe Bet for Vehicle Shopping 4/27/2010

this is probably the best place in town to buy a vehicle. each one gets thoroughly checked out. they don't lie to you about the vehicle's condition and don't try to hide anything. the prices are extremely reasonable, basically like buying private party. do yourself a favor, join a credit union, and then shop at UGM Motors. you will save a lot of money upfront and in the future in reduced maintenance costs. and remember, it's for a good cause too. Oh, and there is zero pressure to buy. this will be your most pleasant buying experience ever. Pros: they are honest. Cons: need to do your own financing. more

The only place in Spokane to buy a used vehicle! 4/17/2010

I don't know why anybody in the marked for a quality used vehicle would go to any other dealer in town. There is absolutely no pressure to buy, no haggling back and forth on price. The vehicles are all fairly priced, some thousands of dollars less than at a ""real"" dealer. All of the vehicles are inspected and serviced prior to hitting the lot. The best part is when you purchase a vehicle from UGM Motors you are also donating money to the Mission and helping people receive training in automotive work. All in all a wonderful experience with a great bunch of people! Pros: No pressure, fairly priced vehicles, too many to mention! Cons: I can't think of any. more
