Reliably tasty 6/13/2007

I may be a bit biased because Union Bakery is incredibly convenient for me, but in my opinion, if you're looking for dependably tasty pastries, this is a good bet. The apricot tarts are outstanding, and the brioche is a real treat and is great toasted. Service at the counter is usually friendly, and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. Great Disappointment 10/14/2005

Union Bakery looks like a great place for snacks and dessert. It looks like a nice quaint place. That's why my husband and I decided to try their cake for my husband's 50th birthday. We were greatly disppointed with the quality of the cake. We paid $30 for a 12 inch chocolate moose cake and it turned out to be all stale. Like it has been sitting in their freezer since the dawn of time. Price is highly inflated and quality is poor. I took the cake back to the shop the next morning and explained what we found. Charming local spot 5/25/2005

Everything that I've sampled from Union Bakery has been terrific: a perfect apple pie (a bit hit at a dinner party), the best cranberry scone I've ever had, pumpkin tarts that I dream about and scrumptious cookies. Cinnamon roll heaven 5/13/2004

Ok, I try to stay away from this place because I could easily empty the shelves here. They have the best cinnamon roll i have ever tasted. And trust me, I am love me some cinnamon roll. They also have a great pumpkin tart and their danish pastries are filled with fruit. They also have great sandwiches. Check this bakery out, you wont be sorry. Pros: Great people, Great food more

a traditional French-style bakery, this is a nice addition to the strip of small-town type businesses on this part of Fair Oaks in South Pas. Good breads, including the brioche bread, tasty cookies and muffins and delicious cakes. Coffee is better than average (could be stronger for my taste) and run by a really nice couple.
