Best board game store in Redmond 11/30/2010

Uncle's has by far the best selection and most helpful staff of any game store on the East side of the lake. Games & Gizmos at Bella Botega doesn't even compare; they do a lot more miniatures games and their staff isn't very nice. Plus, Uncle's has demo night every Friday from 7 to close; if you play a game you get 15% off all purchases that day! How do you beat that? YOU CAN'T! more

Lots of Good Thinking Stuff for Older Kids 3/18/2006

Uncles is a fun toy store that kids will love! It has lots of different types of games, puzzles, brain teasers, building kits, etc that form a unique niche. They offer a lot of specialty products that aren't found in ordinary toy stores and in particular, there are a lot of games geared toward older kids. Pricing is moderate, but the kids love to just walk in the store and browse. more

Large and diverse selection 1/5/2006

I've only been in here briefly but the store's main focus is on games and they have all types! If you have something in mind, you could call to make sure they have it, but you should be able to find a large selection of board games here if that is what you are looking for. Also, they are located in Redmond Town Center, although they may have a Bellevue location as well - I'm not sure. more

A Great Place For Fun Activities! 7/12/2005

Sure, you don't have to go to a specialty store to get a copy of Monopoly, but for a lot of cooler board games, puzzles, or other things, Uncle's is a good stop. For some less known, but high-fun games like Munchkin or Settlers, Uncle's stocks them all and sells them at reasonable prices. The store is a little small, but they carry a lot of cool stuff. more
