My husband and I have loved every experience we've had at Uncle Louies. We enjoy the wide variety they have, many different ice cream flavors, gelati, italian ice, and now gelato. They even make GREAT milkshakes. The customer service at Uncle Louies is great. The owners are very kind and they make you feel like you are part of their family when you come in. They are open late, which we enjoy. No matter what time we come, they always seem to have a good amount of people there. Prices are great. I recommend this place to everyone I know. It is my favorite ice cream in Orlando. more

The ice cream is good, but way overpriced and horrible customer service. Was charged double for my daughter's birthday party and owner would not resolve! Confronted in person and he would not discuss, then after multiple phone calls he became irate and told me I was ridiculous! BEWARE of shoody business practice. First time rater, but I am so upset and want others to be aware. I hope Cold Stone shuts him down, which is horrible to say, but he truly ruined the memory of my daughter's birthday this year! I have also spent the time and aggrevation to report him to the Better Business Bearau and dispute my credit card charge, probably not worth it, but I feel better!
