Ultimate Salon

Had a wedding party go here, NOT a good experience. We were TWO hours late to the church. Nobody wanted to admit they didn't know what they were doing. The bride's hair was the worse, they had to wash it out three times not because the bride was being a bridzilla but because it looked TERRIBLE! She left after being soo late and went back home cried and washed it out and had to do it herself which ended up being 10 times more beautiful then what they could do! My hair was squeezed in by another girl and was thrown up in 10 min and cost me $40!! Called to see if ONLY the bride could get reimbursed but the owner said nothing she could do, the service was done. Not even a gift cert. So they won't be getting our service anymore and hopefully we can direct others elsewhere! more

I have been getting my hair cut and colored for years, and after having been a client of the Ultimate Salon, I will not go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and everyone that I have come in contact with there goes out of their way to help me. I feel like a celebrity! Going to the salon, I feel like everyone has been waiting for me to come in, and when I leave, I can't wait to come back! more

I love going to Heather for waxes - she is great. But everyone else there has an attitude like they are 'above' you. I cannot stand talking to anyone else but Heather, she is the most down to earth person and does a great job with waxing. Pros: Great Wax Cons: Poor Service, Up-tight staff, Rude more
