Hard, Fun & Family friendly 10/7/2012

I wanted a fun but hard workout when I was in Utah from out-of-town. I thought I would try something other then Cross Fit. This place is very family friendly and family run. I was hooked on the classes and got my butt kicked. I also LOVE that I learned so much practical self-defense techniques. I will go back for more next time I am in town. Thanks Mike and AJ... you are awesome! more

Awesome place to exercise or learn self defense/MMA. The owners are very nice people that will work with you no matter what your needs are. I was nervous about trying it out, but I'm glad I did. Great gym and instructors. Try it! more

One of the best training facilities in Utah without a doubt. Mike and his staff are very knowledgeable in their trade, not to mention that Mike Stidham is truly a pioneer in bringing MMA to Utah. You can't go wrong by making the Ultimate Combat Training Center your training center, and they LOVE kids too! more

Great Place! 9/5/2012

I travel a lot, so I have been to hundreds of MMA gyms all over the country. This gym has the most awesome staff of incredibly friendly, and knowledgable people. I brought my kids to their children's programs, and my wife LOVES the ilovekickboxing classes, while I enjoy training in MMA with a great bunch of guys. I cannot believe their prices either....you gotta check them out! more
