Honest, reliable, and friendly. 12/19/2013

Took my car in for a coolant service and informed them that my brake light was on and I knew I needed brakes and was going to order some performance brakes online. When I got back to the shop, they let me know that my brakes were still good and the other shop was just trying to sell me brakes. $500+ they saved me, for now at least. I can get some more wear out of my brakes. They changed my oil and my cabin filter and I thought their prices were very fair. The dealer would have been at least another $100-150. Plus, how often do you find a shop that is going to be honest with you when they could make a dime? Highly recommend these guys. Thanks and I'll be back. more

Unbelieveable service and prices!!! 12/13/2013

I was looking for a certified repair shop for my 2008 X5 to get a bulb and another part of my headlight fixed I was quoted by a local dealership the cost would be in range of $900.00 which I found to be ridiculous. After reading the reviews about Ultimate Autowerks I decided to visit and see if they could give me better pricing, not only did they fix my headlight for a fraction of the price they have won me over and I now consider them my go to for all my repair needs. They were a God send! Thank you...thank you....thank you!!! more
