Went to these guys to get a quote to do ONE ball joint. Went down the street to smiths auto and they did both ball joints and a stabilizer shock for half the price. more

These guys have been around for a long time, but under new ignorant management now. Berj who is the youngest brother now runs the shop. They have a STRICT 20% RESTOCKING FEE on anything and for anything returned. They DO NOT tell you this up front! To the contrary they speak as though you're at no risk to buy to the tune of everything is easy with warranty's etc. I told Berj he ""was peeing on my leg and telling me it was raining."" He replied in a thuggish tone. "" I probably could pee on your leg!"" I was dumbfounded! I've never been treated so POORLY anywhere. I thought these guys were my friends. I've been doing business with them and sending them business for ten years now. Kevork was great, Nish was cool, but Berj is a two faced cut throat and he calls the shots now. Berj gave me bad product advice and wouldn't return without a restocking fee. I had paid cash. The stuff was new in box and store stocked too! Unbelievable! more
