Ulta is one of my favorite stores. They have all the drugstore brand makeup, plus they also carry their own Ulta line of makeup, as well as Benefit, Elizabeth Arden, and Bare Minerals among others. They also carry both drugstore and salon brand hair products, OPI and other nail polishes, appliances, and bath and body stuff (their Ulta line of bath and body stuff has wonderful scents). Their prices are very reasonable. Even better, they routinely have awesome sales. They also have coupons in the Sunday paper that are for $3.50 off a $10 or more purchase or a 20% off your total bill. Combine those coupons with your other coupons and hit their sales, and you will get steals! My favorite thing to do is to wait until they have a $3.50 off coupon and have Revlon or Loreal makeup on buy one get one free and then also use a manufacturer's coupon.
