My old hairdresser is now to sick to work so I had to find a new place. My sister uses Ulta and is always please. I was very pleased with the pricing and the final product. I was getting ready for my friends wedding and my hair looked great! Pros: Nice trim and color more

Say NO to Stephanie! 8/9/2007

I went to ULTA last night in Plano to get my hair trimmed to look nice for a wedding I will be attending on the 25th and Stephanie just kept cutting and cutting. Every time I asked her about it she said just to trust her and so I did and now I cannot even form a ponytail; my hair was down to my waist! Never get your haircut from Stephanie, she will cut all your hair off! \r \r Now I have to pay $400 in extensions to fix my hair when all I wanted was a trim! Pros: The line was short. Cons: Stephanie will ruin your hair! more
