My hair was butchered here. I NEVER WILL GO BACK! \r Worst experience I have ever had.\r \r It has taken ""4 long months"" to get it to where I can do anything with it. \r It is a a mess.\r I went in with LONG HAIR THEY CUT IT WAY TOO SHORT! !\r I showed the hair dresser 3 PICTURES OF ME with the hairstyle I wanted!\r Also the color I wanted also with pictures of me with that color. \r I left in tears I told him I hated it! He ruined my hair! :(.\r Everyone knew I was unhappy when i left. he kept making excuses. \r They tried to patronize me by telling me how pretty it was....\r A day later I called a beautician who had worked on my hair many times before but had moved away. \r She said No they should know how to fix it. \r That what was being said about medication was untrue! \r She said that was horrible they just don't want want to take responsibility for their mistakes. \r \r The hairdresser was too distracted by others he was also working on.\r He squeezed me in but still that is not an excuse for what happened. \r I was there from 3PM until well after 8PM.\r HE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT I ASKED FOR ! \r I asked to talk ti the manager she was not there at the time.\r That was supposed to be a nice hair cut for my 41st anniversary the next day and it ruined it!\r I never got compensated and they said they did not know how to fix the hair color.\r I still have not been able to fix the color. I HATE IT!\r I called back the next day and told them my plight. \r The manager was not there so I had to wait until she was there. \r 2 days later i went in to talk to the manager. \r I showed her the pictures of what I had asked for. \r The manager is not a beautician. so did not know what to do and knew nothing of hair styling or color herself. She asked one of the beauticians there and they did not know how to fix the damage done! They said they would try but really did not know what to do. \r They said come back in in a few weeks and to try to shampoo the hair color out so it would fade. Use hand soap on it to strip the color etc. \r A week later I finally went in and GAVE UP! \r I got my money back but still had to live with the HORRID HAIRCUT AND COLOR FROM HELL! \r I had $125 plus a $10 tip for horrible. DON""T GO TO ALTA! \r They will blame it on everything but themselves and will not take responsibility for their mistakes!\r I wrote the company to complain and told them the same thing I have posted here. \r The reply was ridiculous!I got an email in "" broken English "" saying "" tell product \r used "".\r They did not even know what i had written.It looked like it came from China somewhere. to them so i am posting it to Yelp! \r \r more

The store is laid out so that products are easily located. Would like to see more products from some of my favorite brands. Watch out for Urban Decay - they won't participate in coupon or discounts so when Ulta has one of their fabulous coupons - it won't work with Urban Decay. Other than that - Ulta is a great place to find all of the products you know PLUS the ones you want to try. more

I got a cut, style and glaze and it turned out amazing! Still months later my hair style looks good all the time. Mara even helped me pick out cruelty free products! She knew what would look good on me. Never been more happy with my hair and am about to book my next appointment more

I received one of if not the worst haircuts from this location. That being said I was determined never to go here again...ever! I did return though because apparently they are the only ones that carry one of my favorite hair products. I asked some of the stylists some questions and they were rude and gave me really short answers. I could see if they were with a client not wanting to take their focus away but they were just standing there talking to each other. I asked another employee who the manager of the salon was and she pointed out the same rude woman who had been so vile earilier. more

I went here with my sister to get our hair done, HORRIBLE EXPRIENCE not only was the staff rude, it took them hours upon hours to do our hair we arived around 3 and didnt leave until 10 when the salon and store was already closed. Both my sister and I had to return the next day to get our hair fixed!! Terrible experience! I would rather go to some 10 dollar hair cut place than ever step foot in ultas salon again!!! If you are thinking about getting your hair done there DONT! Also when we first arived the staff was arguing with an upset woman with blue hair! I guess it was supposed to be blonde with black underneath, and it was all blue! and they didnt want to do anything for her! WE SHOULD HAVE RAN THEN!!! Pros: NONE! Cons: Not friendly AT ALL! more
