5pm on a Monday the store is not that busy yet there is not a soul in sight that can answer one question. The employees on the floor too busy checking themselves in the mirror and chatting up each other. I took my goods to the checkout counter. There were three cashiers, two were handing customers who had returns and both were being told ""no returns"" I stood behind the person who was only making a purchase. When she concluded the sale the cashier then told me that I was not in line. Not in line? There was no line when I walked up but a group of three had walked up after me and stood together at one end of the makeup table. There is no sign that says ""the line starts here"" and there are no ropes or signs. I sat my purchase on the counter and left. So long Ulta. I can get what you sell elsewhere.
