Uli's Famous Sausage

Just purchased and used the Google Offers daily deal and I'm glad I tried Uli's since I've seen them in the grocery store. The Bratwurst was excellent. more

uli is my uncle. His sausage is, well im a vegetarian, but my boyfriendd& family love them. He has other shops in germany and taiwan but i think he's going to move so you should get your fix whlie you still can.And tell him to start selling the veggie dogs again. more

We hit up Uli's this weekend for a variety of their brats. I hadn't been there before, so I picked up a variety of links -- Louisiana Hot links, Italian Hot vesuvios, Cajun Andouille, etc. etc. All in all, we tried five different kinds. I grill sausages, and I despise those that cause an inferno due to a little grease. For me, if you can grill a sausage without major flames, it's a pretty good dog/sausage/brat. That was the case with Uli's. I'm a flavor and spice guy, so the Cajun Andouille's were my favorite. They have a bunch of mild sausages for those that like to avoid the spice, but I highly recommend the spicy kind. They have the flavor to make up for it. more

I have had the pleasure of meeting Uli, and man what a character. He serves an excellent product, he is nice, and he is most of all helpful. When you go into his shop you wonder where do I begin. You can either ask for help/suggestions or just point and chose. Either way you can't go wrong, everything in his store is good. Once you try them, I will guarantee you, you will be going back for more. more

This small and cozy shoe shop has some great stuff—they were first on the Diesel and Campor bandwagons, and they continue to get in great shoes in men’s and women’s styles. They have even matched prices for me, which makes going here even better. Watch for sales—I found some great stuff from Kenneth Cole, Diesel, Campor, etc in those sections. more

Last Saturday I was leisurely strolling through Pikes Market when I came across Uli's Famous Sausage.Low and behold Uli's beautiful display of 15 -20 types of sausage caught my eye and the attention of my stomach. I am quite the fan of the cured meats and sausages so I thought I would take the time out of my busy schedule to investigate. With the assistance of the shop keep, I decided upon purchasing 3 English Bangers and 3 thuringer Rostbratwurst. After you purchase your tasty links, do yourself a favor and go across the street and buy a baguette. One baguette should fit about 4 links. All were cooked on the grill over medium heat since Uli's sausages are quite lean (all natural and preservative free also). Most sausages are in the $7 /lb range. Delicious and Nutritious. By the way, they ship the sausages nation wide 2nd day UPS so if you happen to move away from the Seattle area you can always get your Uli's fix. more
