Ulery Dental & Orthodontics

It was my first visit to Ulery and had an appt. with Dr. Demizio. After signing in I waited 45 minutes with no communication from anyone. I then asked the receptionist what was happening and she said he was missing an assistant and was running behind. I mentioned it might have been nice if someone had told me that so I could have decided if I wanted to wait. So I waited another 30 minutes with no contact and I just left and will never return. There has to be a dentist with better customer service than Ulery more

I thought I was satisfied with my dentist here until I finally decided to get my teeth replaced after 12 years from an auto accident...BAD IDEA..You wait in a room w/ no magazines or tvs for as long as they'd like to keep you there sometimes 45 minutes...then you sit between them running between patients! Sometimes appointments took HOURS...The dentist or the company that makes the molds for crowns LOST my molds so again I sat for hours...does anyone so much as say sorry or heres a discount or maybe we will fill a cavity for free NO! Then I dont get a phone call saying molds have come in I wait 3 weeks and finally I have to call them only to find out they have been there for days..I then go back and wait awhile w my new teeth waitng to be cemented and then while blowing the air on them one hits the floor...and the assistant says uh oh...when I finally throw a fit about all of this bc now I have to wait another week for new teeth they tell me to calm down and its bc i bit down on the tooth wrong...Honestly find a new dentist this place isnt worth the time the pain or the hagle! more

After a long search for a dentist, I finally found one I liked. The office is conveniently located on rt 2, near the intersection of rt 100. When I had my appointment they treated me very professionally, asked about my diabetes and understood what it meant for my dental care. The dentist seemed very intelligent. He wasn’t very talkative, but I’m OK with that. I just like to get in, get my work done, and get out. My only complaint is that the office lost track of my appointment, but they immediately rescheduled it with no problems. more
