Good burger; good service 9/24/2007

This place is really good. They're famous for the Adirondack Burger. Probably the best thing on the menu and I do't know any other lace that makes a burger like that. It's made with actual strips of beef and comes with a peppercorn sauce. Mae sure not to put too much sauce on your burger. It's a good sauce but you can get sick of the taste if it's dripping with sauce. The service is also great - nice and down-to-earth staff. Pros: food and service more

Unique Pub just outside Manayunk 1/10/2007

The ""Moose"" is a great place to have a beer and a burger. They have a very good draft beer selection and consistently good food. Friendly wait and bar staff with a Cheers type atmosphere. I have been there many times and have not been disappointed. Two for 1 burgers on Wednesday nights is a pretty good deal. It is my favorite place in Manayunk to drink a good beer and get a bite to eat. Pros: Good bar, very good service, well chosen draft beer selection, free valet parking Cons: some people say it is hard to find but it is just up Shurs lane more
