This is my favorite sushi restaurant in LA(possibly anywhere). Jun is a master artist & his creations are edible. You can give him your favorite ingredients & he will make a master piece that will knock your taste buds out & will also be visually stunning. It is also vegetarian friendly. Some of my favorites are the nasu miso(eggplant) kimpira, Yellowtail sashimi, japanese scallop......anything with shisu leaf.........
